■"Krampus Kara Denwa" Application Privacy Policy

Media Active, Inc. (hereafter referred to as "the Company") has set forth the following Application Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as “the Policy") with regards to the handling of user information in "Krampus Kara Denwa” (hereafter called "the Application") provided by the Company. Please confirm and understand the contents of the Policy before installing and using the Application.
In the Policy, "user information" refers to information related to customer identification, behavior history in communication services, and other information generated, used or accumulated in connection with you on your smartphone, and shall refer to information which the Company acquires under the Policy.

4-1　In addition to use to provide the service of the Application as specified in 4-2, user information may be used for other purposes as specified in 4-3.

4-2　The specific purposes of use for user information related to the provision of the Application’s services are as follows.

(1)　To provide in-app billing services with the Application
(2)　To provide guidance regarding the Application, or respond to inquiries, etc.
(3)　For purposes of use incidental to the purposes stated above


4-3 The purposes other than in 4-2 above are as follows.

5.　Method of Notification, Publication or Acquiring Consent; User Participation Method

5-1　You may stop the acquisition or use of all or part of the user information by changing the prescribed settings of the Application. Since the acquisition or use of some items of user information is a prerequisite for the operation of the Application, you can cancel such acquisition or use only by uninstalling the Application.

5-2　If the Company cannot acquire or utilize user information described in 5-1 because it has not received your consent, you will not be able to use the following function which requires use of this user information.

If you use the functions in the Application to communicate and share information with friends and acquaintances, etc., your location information acquired by the Application (if the location information function is enabled), as well as any text, photos, video, sound, and URLs, etc. included in the message may be shared with or notified to friends and acquaintances, etc. with whom you are communicating or sharing information. Furthermore, if all of these functions have been set to “public,” all users using the Application will be able to view them. These settings can be changed from the Application’s settings function.
